Backstory
When we began our startup journey, we first launched Revvolution AI - a RevOps Intelligence Platform which provides AI Powered insights to help grow the GTM Engine. Having come from that background this was our natural calling, so we built a product that was received well by GTM and RevOps leaders in High Tech Companies across the globe
But when we looked closer, a clear pattern began to emerge.
Many customers told us: “I want Revenue Intelligence, but can you clean up my CRM first?”
No matter the size or scale of the business, the answer was almost always the same. Their CRM processes were outdated, the configurations had not kept pace with the business, and the data was not ready for the kind of intelligence they wanted. The appetite to implement AI solutions was at an all-time high. Leaders wanted to move fast, stay relevant, and explore how AI could transform their go-to-market strategy. But in reality, most were not ready.
We saw companies invest in AI tools with great excitement, only to churn within a year. It was rare because the AI application failed. The real issue was the foundation it was built on.
Data inconsistencies, broken configurations, fragmented processes, and disconnected systems meant that the AI could not deliver its true potential. Businesses were not failing at adopting AI. They were failing because the very system meant to be their single source of truth was not ready.
That insight forced us to step back. If we wanted every customer of ours to succeed, we could not just implement a Revenue Intelligence layer. We had to help them build the right foundation. We had to get them AI-ready.
Going Back to the Drawing Board
Our research reaffirmed something most operators already know: while companies use a mix of different point solutions, the CRM is almost always the backbone of the business. It is the foundation for reporting, forecasting, commissions, and intelligence. And Salesforce continues to be the most widely adopted system across industries.
But here is the reality. A Salesforce org is never a one-time implementation. It takes a village to build and maintain it.
It starts with audits, health checks, and business requirements. Then comes solution building, documentation, configuration, Apex development, testing, user training, enablement, and ongoing enhancements. It is rarely the work of a single individual. Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders all contribute to the GTM process, while Operations leaders translate it into Salesforce requirements. Implementation partners bring in architects, developers, and testers who shoulder the heavy lifting and ongoing support.
What we realized was that if we wanted to truly prepare businesses for AI, we had to support every task in this lifecycle. And to do that well, we needed to build specialized AI Agents that could work alongside each stakeholder.
The Birth of HighRev.ai
This thinking gave birth to HighRev.ai.
We are building a suite of AI Agents that can take on specific tasks in Salesforce management. From documentation to audits, from business process mapping to solution design, from implementation to support, our vision is to augment the work of Salesforce admins, operators, and partners everywhere.
As our first step, we are launching the Salesforce Org Intelligence Agent.
This agent acts like a real-time mirror of any Salesforce org. By simply connecting your instance, our AI scans every object, field, flow, class, and trigger to give you a clear, comprehensive picture of your CRM setup within minutes. It delivers documentation, health checks, and tech debt analysis so that businesses and partners can finally see where they stand.
And we want to make this journey along with Salesforce Implementation and Consulting Partners who have the experience and expertise to truly hold together most of the Salesforce Instances out there.
This is only the beginning of what promises to be a very exciting journey. Our mission is to help businesses drive 100% ROI from their Salesforce investment.
